I'm an actor and a writer, as well as a former freelance researcher and TV script coordinator.  I'm originally from Chicago, IL., where I was a print magazine editor for technical magazines and a biochemist in the medical research field.  Because of this background, I'm well-versed in medical-speak and scientific-speak, as well as use of diverse medical equipment. I've an extensive list of articles in Index Medicus under both Crystal Ann Taylor and Crystal Taylor. Since coming to LA, I've pursued acting and TV/Film writing. As part of that pursuit, I've worked on TV shows and at studios. Much of that background is  also available on my IMDB page. Beyond the entertainment field, I've also had a life-long interest in Native American culture. I would also love to rescue all the homeless cats in the world, if only I could.
